Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the conditions and procedures for using the Withy service ("Service") provided by Withy ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service": The Withy couples diary app and all related services provided by the Company
• "User": A member who has agreed to these Terms and registered for the Service
• "Couple": Two users connected within the Service via an invite code
• "Content": All data created or stored by users within the Service, including question answers and bookmarks

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

① These Terms take effect when displayed on the registration screen and accepted by the user.

② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.

③ When Terms are amended, users will be notified within the app at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes unfavorable to users, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance.

④ Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Service Description)

The Company provides the following services:
